T'ai Chi Chih


Are you stressed? Looking for better health?
T’ai Chi Chih (pronounced “Tie Chee Chuh”) is a moving meditation comprised of 19 movements and one pose. This form is a series of soft, slow, non-martial, easy to learn movements that bring about increased vitality and has a calming effect on the mind and body. Regular practice of the T’ai Chi Chih movements helps to circulate and balance the Vital Force Energy within us, which the Chinese refer to as Chi.
