Parking Ticket Information

So, you received a parking violation, now what?!

First, make sure to read the back of the parking violation carefully. Parking violation payments are due within 3 business days after you have received the violation. If you need more time, please contact us we can try to accommodate. We accept payments for cash, check or credit card at our office located at 438 E. Lancaster St.

“I forgot about my ticket and due date has passed!”

In this case, the violation may have been sent to our District Magistrates office, please call us with your parking violation number to confirm. If it is with the magistrate’s office, you will need to contact them at 717-244-4002 or you can go to their office at 401 E. Broadway, Red Lion. They have online payment options also, click here!

“I am not guilty of this violation!”

If you feel strongly towards your parking violation, you are welcome to fight the parking violation at our local magistrate’s office. In order to plead not guilty, you can call and inform us that you would like to plead not guilty and we will process your parking violation, or you can simply not pay it. Unpaid parking violations get sent directly to the magistrate’s office. The magistrate’s office will mail a summons where you can appear in court and plead your case.

Pay a Parking Ticket Online

We can now accept parking ticket payments online for a convenience fee. This fee goes directly to the third party processor. All payments must be made in the full ticket amount. If your ticket is older than three (3) business days, please contact our office to ensure you will not get a citation by calling 717-850-0790. Click the link below and you will be taken to another site in order to make your payment. 

You MUST include the 5 digit ticket number in order for us to match the payment to the ticket. If your ticket is older than three business days, you could get a court summons, call our office to verify.
